This settlement has just 188 inhabitants, in spite of once being a leader in herring-fishing and exports. Due to the manner in which the town was abandoned when herring stocks disappeared, it has many old buildings and factories that are worth exploring. The arctic henge is worth a visit, also because of the drive there with many great hidden spots on the way. I have visited twice, once in the afternoon and then in the evening for sunset, both times it was very nice. Makes a great spot for photos and the atmosphere was great. Amazing view over the village and the lighthouse.
